As part of the Shared Housing Services of Tacoma charity auction “Spring for Housing” that will happen March 1st, 2014 I have agreed to be one of the local artists to decorate a house that will be available for bidding in their “neighborhood of houses.”  The dimensions are 12″ x 9″ x 7″ and the concept I am working with is It’s Bigger On the Inside. Here is a sneak peek at my progress…

Paper mache house I started with.

Started with polymer sealer and then black gesso. Collage on the inside and the roof started as well as the “stucco” exterior.

Now for the interesting part…adding depth.
